Mt. Holly Optimist orginazation was chartered in 1960 for the sole purpose of "bringing out the best in kids". From 1960 to present; Mt. Holly Optimist was only involved in sports programs for kids in our community. This year in 2008 we have evolved our organization to include many things in helping our community and children of our community.

Mt. Holly Optimist is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization and relies completely on volunteers and the help of our community buisnesses.
