Return Back To Play- Phase 1



  • Each Participant will have to go through daily health screening before workouts (temperature check and screening). All participants must fill out a one time workout waiver.


  • No more than 25 people during one workout (combined coaches, players, team mom, ect)

  • Athletes within this group of 25 must be separated into “pods” of 1 to 10 athletes. This group of 25 and “pods” must workout together each practice. No mixing or switching groups.  

  • Athletes must be 6 feet away from each other

  • No Helmets, Shoulder Pads

  • No footballs, or football plays or football team groups

  • ONLY conditioning, drills are permitted

  • Players must bring their own water bottles

  • No spitting, high fives, hughes, ect


  • No mouth whistles (hand whistles or hand air horns are permitted)

  • Must wear face cover when you are within 6 feet of any person or athlete

  • No spitting, high fives, hughes, ect


  • Athletes must report directly to their assigned workout site

    • Ready for practice; dressed in practice attire 

    • NO CHANGING ON FIELD (prior or post)



  • Athletes must immediately leave following the end of their workout session

    • No hanging out and shooting the breeze with their friends

    • No changing out of their practice clothes into new clothes (state rule)

  • Athletes and Coaches must always stay 6 feet apart from each other 

  • Athletes and Coaches must bring their OWN WATER BOTTLE everyday

    • Highly recommended that the athletes bring a GALLON of water to workouts (instead of small individual water bottles)

    • ATC’s will have water coolers out for workouts, BUT the hydration station will be monitored and distributed by one singular designated person a day.

      • More than likely the ATC staff if available 

      • Athletes will NOT be permitted to touch the coolers in any capacity to refill their bottle (s)

    • Athletes are encouraged to bring their own coolers of ice/drinks/water but CANNOT SHARE with anyone else

      • Not even an ice cube.

    • Athletes are encouraged to bring their own coolers of ice towels/rags but CANNOT SHARE with anyone else

      • ATC staff is not permitted to provide these to the teams at this time
